Representatives of the Cadastres of Spain and the Netherlands visit Minsk City’s Agency for Real Estate Registration and Land Cadastre on January 16, 2020.
The visit was organized under Component 2 of the EU-Belarus Twinning Project, which is aimed at developing harmonized spatial data sets for the NCA and its partner organizations and expanding the range of e-services provided by the NCA.
During the working meeting, Spanish and Dutch specialists were taken on a tour of Minsk City’s Agency for Real Estate Registration to become familiar with work practices and customer handling processes at the agency. In particular, the agency made a live demonstration of standard procedures for receiving visitors, issuing title documents for real estate, and checking data quality.
The staff of Minsk City’s Agency for Real Estate Registration and Land Cadastre and experts of the National Cadastral Agency gave foreign specialists a detailed account of technical procedures for making title transfer contracts and conducting technical inventory and real estate registration actions for properties owned by companies and individuals.
